Cravings Ice Cream, a Wakefield-based ice cream parlor, needed a website to emphasize its unique qualities. Using photographs provided by the owner, and the parlor's existing logo, Studio N wrote and designed the entire website to recreate the feeling of an old-time ice cream parlor. Houghton Mifflin Company, the Boston-based textbook and trade publishing company, frequently hires Studio N to create printed marketing materials and Flash movies for its college marketing department. Click to view one of our recent Flash demos.

Two websites we recently created use Flash to create simple movements that enhance the visual appeal of the websites. Showroom, a high-end furniture and interior design store in Boston, hired Studio N to create a site that showcases its specialized merchandise. Michael's Consignment is a well-respected and historic fashion consignment boutique in Manhattan. Because it is impractical to showcase a constantly rotating inventory, Michael's hired Studio N to create a website that was consistent with its corporate identity. We created a strong brand for the store and used Flash animations to emphasize the big-name designers that are the mainstay of Michael's offerings. Second Wind Inc. has been a long-term client of Studio N. This high-tech developer of wind energy systems offers consulting services and a complex catalog of products, some designed by Second Wind and some resold as accessories. Studio N designed the website (in conjunction with Ann Gallager of Gallager Design) and wrote the software specification for the back-end database that displays their products in the correct order. With Geoffrey Feldman's advice and database programming, Studio N was able to create a website that could be completely re-vamped without changing one line of code in the database. Rockin' Bob's Guitars uses a simple web interface to administer its inventory of guitars. When the store completely changed its identity we were able to re-create the website without even having to consult the programmer again. The CommonWealth Purchasing Group, LLC is another long-term client of Studio N's. Their website (designed by Studio N) features a "savings calculator" in which potential customers can enter a variety of costs and push a button to calculate savings.
